10. Live Band Booking Terms

When you book a live band with us, the show must go on—but here are the backstage rules:

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is official once we’ve received your written thumbs‑up. We’ll then lock in the date and start tuning up.
• Deposits: No deposit is needed to secure your spot. Unless agreed upon or writen on invoice or quote We trust your word is as solid as a drumbeat, but remember—commitments carry rhythm and responsibility.
• Changes to Bookings: If you need to adjust the lineup, timing, or venue details, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to keep the harmony flowing.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: no fee, just a quiet fade‑out.
  • Cancellations made 3 days or less before the event: we’ll still charge 70% of the total fee—because the band has already rehearsed, packed, and set their stage lights to “rock.” & we "rolled" other rocks for your date
  • Same‑day cancellations: full payment is due, as the curtain has already risen.
• Payment: Full payment (or the cancellation fee, if applicable) must be settled by the event date. No encore until the balance is cleared.
• Late Payments:Late payments will be charged at R500 per day from the confirmed booking date with the agreed settled amount
• Rights Reserved: We reserve the right to enforce these terms to keep the rhythm fair for everyone involved—artists, audience, and the spotlight itself.

Think of it as our way of making sure the spotlight shines equally on both the performers and the audience. After all, we are EuNic.
